User friendly
The system has now been installed at our holiday home on the Tasman Peninsular since mid 2006 and has fully lived up to our original objectives. It is relatively simple and has been maintenance free (apart from the regular inspections to comply with regulatory requirements). Although our usage is somewhat irregular consisting of periods of fairly high usage with longer breaks in between we have never had any problems with smell or other signs of distress. It is also virtually inaudible (unless you put your ear right on the tank) and the effluent (which is dispersed under the front lawn) keeps the grass green for the resident wallabies. We would not hesitate to recommend a Biolytix system to anyone who was looking for a package treatment plant.

Unobtrusive and silent
Our neighbours have a competitor’s system installed and it looks like a dog's breakfast - I was expecting something that looked much the same. The Biolytix system is so neat, tidy, unobtrusive and silent, you wouldn’t even know it was there. I would recommend your installer and your product to anyone. We're looking forward to many years of Biolytix use!

Small eco-footprint and robust
I love my Biolytix. I trudged around the Murrumbateman Field day and looked at 5 different systems and couldn’t make up my mind as none really stood out. Then from the moment I found the Biolytix I loved the concept of what it does and how it does it. Easy choice! It has a small eco-footprint as it uses no chlorine and hardly any electricity. It is also compact which saves on excavation and installation costs (It is so rocky at my place that they broke a rock hammer). It copes with the very low amounts of daily water I use but also loves a party. I don’t have to plan ahead when doing the washing or have drain guards to fish out gluggy vegetable scraps from the sink! I like the idea that little animals are working away to change my waste into clean water. Even though we are in a five year drought. I have a little green oasis in dry paddocks. I reckon it is the no waste, waste treatment system.

No chemicals and no odour
We chose Biolytix because it is a completely natural process with no chemicals involved so it is safe and doesn’t harm the environment. There is absolutely no odour. My wife, who has a sensitive stomach, has had her head above the tank when open without a problem! Our native rainforest loves it to!

Robust, only 1 annual service and no pump outs
My Biolytix does everything I want a wastewater system to do. I like that its silent, that it never smells and is chemical-free. I don't have big electricity bills. I don't have to bother much about what goes down my drains - the washing machine's on, the kids are in the bath and I'm in the shower and I know the system will cope. I put tiny food scraps down the sink and that's okay too. Servicing isn't a hassle because its only once a year and there are no disgusting pump outs. My Biolytix is easy to live with. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.

Least moving parts and treats food waste
We considered all the options for household waste treatment systems & finally chose Biolytix because we found that the Biolytix System had the least moving parts, lowest energy usage and fewer compulsory services. I am confident that we made the correct decision. We have experienced absolutely no problems at all with any part of the system and have the advantage of the use of a garbage gobbler in our kitchen. Upgraded from failing septic
We had Biolytix installed in Dec 2007 and have been extremely happy with it. It's bought peace of mind knowing we're not putting polluted run off into the surrounding bush and knowing our kids aren't playing in dangerous sewage run off is immensely reassuring. We've also seen the physical results in the landscape - no more boggy areas the old system produced. We're also happy knowing that worms are disposing of our waste in this fabulous system and take every opportunity to show it off.

Handles large range of household cleaners
We found that the Biolytix handles a large range of household cleaners. With sensible moderation, we use basically anything. We also found it to be one of the most environmentally friendly and our trees love the water output.
