Best for Plants

Sub-surface irrigation is the most efficient way to water your gardens as it puts the water right where it's needed - at the roots. This encourages deeper & extensive root development leading to rapid plant growth.

Sub-surface irrigation ensures continuous moisture levels are maintained and eliminates the shock of wet/dry cycles.

Your mulch will stay dry, limiting weeds.

And all the watering is done out of sight so your garden is never spoiled with ugly sprinklers.

Spray irrigation can have disadvantages in your garden

  1. Standing water from irrigation can cause weeds, fungus, moulds and rot in your garden.
  2. Spray irrigation may over-water certain areas of the garden.
  3. Plant disease can develop as a result of excess water pooling in the soil and in garden mulch.
We also found it to be one of the most environmentally friendly and our fruit trees love the water output. The Biolytix client order management process is also one of the best I have come across, for a well engineered product.
