The Modus Operandi of the Biolytix Sales Team is to deliver the “Best Customer Experience Possible”. 

Generally our customers first experience with Biolytix is through our Sales Team – first impressions are lasting impressions.  We recognise that purchasing a wastewater treatment solution can be complex and the approvals process can seem quite daunting to some, so we’re here to help.  We’ll help you understand our technology, help you understand the approvals process and assist you with you order in every way possible. We will do more – so you need to do less.

Our Customer Support Team

Customer Support is a core focus for Biolytix.  We want to ensure that our customers enjoy the peace of mind, so we have rigorous processes and a high level of after sales care.

A network of wastewater industry professionals across Australia provide us with expert installation and service capability that we are consistently working to improve and expand to ensure the greatest customer coverage available.

A team of dedicated Customer Support Representatives including Helen Griffiths, Gary Broom and Stephen Robbins provide administrative, warranty, contract support and technical liaison to our network. This is backed by the strength of over 15 years of specific technical experience on Biolytix Products in our Technical Support Group. Matthew Bryce and his team provide diagnostic, technical and service support to our network as well as conduct all our Network training requirements.
