I first saw Biolytix featured on the New Inventors and was intrigued by the use of worms to turn wastewater into nutrient-rich irrigation water. As water is our scarcest resource out in the country I was really interested in this product. So after checking out the website and speaking with the sales reps, who were very knowledgable and helpful I decided to buy. Customer service was excellent. The payment procedures worked well and the delivery and installation went smoothly. All in all, it seems to be a professionally run operation and I would count myself a happy customer.
